Can we bring our own catering?

Yes! We allow any outside catering company. We have previously loved working with Baldwin BBQ but are welcome to bring a caterer of your choice!

We do offer onsite catering for 40 and under for smaller events.
Can we bring our own alcohol?

You have the option of bringing your own or having TGR provide alcohol.

We do have a corkage fee if you are bringing your own, which we would be happy to discuss with you.
Do we need an alcohol license?

Yes, you will be required to provide this to the venue.
Do we need insurance?

Yes, this is required and TGR will need to see a copy 10 days prior to the wedding taking place. We recommend using Wedding Guard.
Who bartends our wedding?

TGR can provide bartenders for an hourly fee, or you can bring your own! TGR does need to see proof of their pro serve 10 days prior to the event if you are providing your own bartenders.
How much is the damage deposit and is it a requirement?

We take a $1000 damage deposit which will be returned to you within 10 days of the event, if there was no damage noted.
Do you allow smoking?

There are dedicated smoking areas at the ranch. We prohibit all smoking within the tent, bridal suite, and enclosed trailers.
Where do I get ready on the morning of my wedding?

We have a beautiful bridal suite that is setup to allow you and your wedding party to get ready! This is included in most of our packages.
What is the capacity of your venue?

We have a 200 tabled person capacity.
What time can we serve alcohol until?

Our permit allows us to serve alcohol until 12:30.
Are there overnight accommodations available?

Yes! We can rent out the main house for the wedding weekend for an additional cost. We also allow overnight camping on the property details can be discussed.
When do we get to setup and take down?

Depending on the package you have selected, you are able to have access to the venue from Friday at 12:00 until Sunday at 2:00 pm.
Are we able to see the venue prior to booking?

Yes! We want your day to be exactly what you dreamt of, so we encourage you to come out for a free tour.

We are not open to the public, so please message us to arrange a time to book your tour!
Can we do an engagement photoshoot on the property prior to the wedding?

Yes, we would love to have you do your engagement photos on our ranch. There is no additional charge for this but does need to be booked in advance and already have a signed contract in place.
Is TGR pet friendly?

Animals are welcomed on a vetted process and need to be discussed prior to event date.
