What's Included?
Our Packages Are Fully Customizable
We start you off with access to the ranch anytime after 4PM the day before your wedding ceremony, allowing ample time for set up until noon on Sunday. Many of our guests choose overnight stays from Thursday to Sunday.
Guests may book the main lodge or camping in your own RV for ranch guests only. The time and venue space comes with speaker system, mic and podium; tables and chairs for up to 150 person(base); choice of customizable arch and lighting and basic table décor. However, the SKY'S YOUR LIMIT!
Our Venue
From Urban Rustic to Fairytale, The Gathering Ranch offers three outdoor exquisite areas to host your perfect day. If you fall in love with an area we haven’t designated, we are open to creating your own space within ours as well…
The Legacy Patio
Our waterfront Legacy Patio with custom fireplace, and lighting, was designed with your magical dance party under the stars in mind. It’s also a perfect ceremony space!
The Natural Chapel
If you are in need of a more natural and unique space we have our beautiful chapel nestled among the trees. With its rustic charm and serene atmosphere, it's the perfect place to exchange your vows.
The Island of I Do's
Walk hand-in-hand over our charming bridge to say "I Do" on the island surrounded by a peaceful pond. Let the backdrop of nature be the place that brings you together in a more personal setting.
The Gathering House
The Gathering House is set for warmth and connection, best suited for intimate gatherings. Accommodating up to 30 guests.
The bridal suite is our priority in that we ensure each moment is enveloped in sophistication and grace during weddings.
The Gathering Tent
Our Rustic, yet elegant event tent offers endless decor options with a built-in full-service bar, DJ booth, and seating for larger guest lists. No need for rentals! Book a tour to explore our decor packages and envision your ideal reception. The 4400 sq ft tent features electricity, a concrete foundation, five chandeliers, cafe lighting, and beautiful sheers for draping.
Catering
The Gathering Ranch boasts a professional in-house culinary team, complete with skilled servers and bartenders. Our dining experience, offered as either a family-style or buffet service, includes elegant dishes and cutlery for up to 120 guests. We delight in assisting you to craft an exquisite and affordable package, encompassing tables, chairs, décor, and linens. Our cherished quarterly tasting event presents a unique opportunity for you to select the finest culinary options for your guests while engaging with our esteemed chefs and staff.
